We are a friendly, easygoing couple in our late 50s who travel frequently. We enjoy gardening, home improvement projects, and maintaining a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

We welcome renters of all ages. Applicants will be required to complete a background check, provide employment verification, and commit to a one-year lease.

Our home is a non-smoking environment, including vaping and all other forms of smoking, and we are unable to accommodate pets.
