Private room in a house, fits a full-sized bed. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with 2 roommates on the ground level. Washer and dryer on site. Quiet neighborhood, close to Route 18 and Easton Avenue. About 5 minutes from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. Utilities are not included (on average may be up to $200/month). No pets allowed. No smoking indoors and no candles, incense, etc.

We are all females between 20 and 30. We all have full-time jobs during the day. It is a two-level house. You will share the common areas (bathroom and kitchen) with two female roommates on the ground floor. There are also two females upstairs. You will also have access to the upstairs kitchen. Parking on the street on driveway (depending on availability).
