Located in downtown Attleboro. A 2-minute ride or (15 minute walk) from the commuter rail, library, shops, services, and lots of great restaurants. This is a home built circa 1920) with gorgeous small stained-glass windows, nice high ceilings, and lovely architectural features. Note: Walk-through not available until 7/25. I’m a 47-year-old female who enjoys a calm lifestyle. I’m looking for a female roommate over the age of 30 who needs a similar lifestyle. (I’m not open to roommates whose lifestyle include heavy drinking, partying, loud music, smoking, bouts of anger or hoarding.)
I’m friendly, compassionate, and respectful. Your privacy and boundaries will be valued while still having a friendly person to chat with when wanted! I have an elderly cat in the apartment, so I’m hoping that will work for you as well. I’m nerdy, crafty, have left-leaning values, and am a bit of an introvert (but am very open and caring). I would like to get to know my roommate first a little bit to make sure we’re both happy before committing.
