The house is a 4 bedroom and two bathroom. There is a spacious living room and family room. There is a Michigan basement but it is currently unfinished. The kitchen is also pretty spacious. The available bedrooms are small sized spaces. You’ll have your choice of room. The room is 10x8 with a closet and a small storage space. While the room isn’t very big any roommate will have full access of the house and will be allowed to help furnish it and make it their own. We do have a very large garage that can be used for storage as well. We have a duel lot so there’s lots of space that can be utilized.

We currently have two indoor cats that freely roam the house. We are not looking for additional pets at the moment, sorry. Person renting should be okay with partial to full nudity and are welcome to be as well. It’s nothing lewd, we just like to be comfortable around the house. We love video games and are a very nerdy bunch, there are currently three of us and we are all 420 friendly and love to take edibles or smoke from time to time and watch silly movies or shows.

On another note, we just recently moved in so there’s not a lot of furniture. We currently have a kitchen table and that’s about it. We love to play videos games as well as board games so we could potentially have game night(s). There’s a decent backyard with a fire pit for outdoor activities too and we hope to use it when we can afford to do so.
