Hi everyone! My name is Summer, and I’m looking for one more roommate to join our house starting August 1. We are preferably looking for another woman.

HOUSE DETAILS: • 4 bedrooms total, with 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs • 2 bathrooms • 2 living rooms, with one fully furnished • Finished basement • Washer and dryer included • Swamp cooler for the summer • Forced-air heat in the winter • Bedrooms have vents you can close if you get too warm • Well-insulated house that stays nice and warm in the winter • Pet friendly, but tenant must pay pet deposit and pet rent

RENT & MOVE-IN: • Rent is $850/month • Utilities are usually around $20-$40 per person/month • Wi-Fi is about $20 per person/month • Water is covered by the landlord, so we do not have a water bill • Security deposit is one month’s rent • Lease starts July 31 • You may be able to move some belongings in a little early if needed.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I love hanging out with friends, skiing, playing guitar, movie nights, hiking, thrifting, and exploring around Golden. I also love going to baseball and hockey games. I’d love for the house to have a friendly, comfortable environment where we can occasionally hang out or do things together.

The house will have me, a student starting my master’s at Mines, another girl who is a junior at Mines, and a girl working at NREL. I graduated from Mines for undergrad and have lived in this house for the past year, and I really love it!
