I’m looking for a male roommate for a 1b1b apartment in Mount Holly, NJ.

Preferred vegetarian (Or at least someone who won’t bring non-veg into the kitchen/home)

~35 min commute to Philadelphia.

~14 min to Burlington Train Station.

1 car parking space is available.

Its the Patton floorplan at Eastampton Place Apartments. Check out pictures and videos on the apartment website.

Looking for a roommate to preferably stay long-term (until March 2027).

Washer/Dryer in unit. Gas Stove. Big Balcony. Walk In Closet. Hardwood Floors. Internet is set up and ready.

$1250 for the private bedroom OR $850 for the flex/living room (Negotiable) OR $2100 for lease transfer of the entire apartment.

Also open to upgrading to a 2b2b at this location.

Utilities not included.

$100 admin fee to be added to the lease (The apartment will do a background check). Security deposit is equal to 1 month’s rent.

Available May 8 2026 onwards.
