Hi there! I have one room available for rent it out. One of my roommate has to move back to Chicago because of the job. It is in great location. Easy access to highway 26, intel, Nike, Costco, grocery stores, malls, restaurants, PCC rock creek, etc. will be a person only in a room. It is $850 a month and plus $300 deposit for move in. It is included electricity, water, garbage and internet. You just take care your food and household supply. Not allowed pet, drinking, smoking or doing drugs. It is a furnished room.
