About the room
Private room upstairs apartment with a beautiful view! The room also includes a large size closet. There is a kitchen, living room, and bathroom which we would share. The kitchen and living room are already fully furnished. There is on-site laundry which you pay through and app to do laundry on. Bills not included in rent is for WiFi and PG&E which we would both split each month. Also mail is locked up and there is street parking available. There is grocery store nearby and is very close to the beach!
About the roomies
There are two private rooms. I live in one of those private rooms and will need another female roommate starting January 1st of 2027. I am a 24 year old female law student at Monterey College of Law. I am clean and quiet. I also have a two year old cat name Felony who is super sweet dispite her name.
