Hi! We have a second bedroom/bathroom that will be available at the end of June (possibly sooner). It is fully furnished with a queen size bed that has drawers along with a dresser, chest, closet, and armchair! Our current roommate is in the process of moving out so I apologize for stuff being everywhere in the photos! The complex is very nice with shopping and dining within walking distance! Washer and dryer are included in the apartment and we have several amenities such as a pool, package room, basketball hoop, and more! All fees are included in the rent such as utilities, internet, etc!

My girlfriend (26) and I (26) are very relaxed and easy going. We’d love to find a roommate that we can potentially become friends with. We have 2 cats and cannot accommodate other pets at this time (maybe we can in the future). We’d ideally like someone who will pick up after themselves and that we can have a good relationship with.
