It’s a 10x10 room so fairly standard in a 2 bed 1 bath condo. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs and kitchen and living room is downstairs. Usually there is only one driveway spot but due to the neighbor not driving there are two available which is nice. The laundry is right near our driveway is does cost about $6 per load. Brand new carpets in room, brand new hardwood floor through out.

I work usually in the mornings to mid afternoon and when I get home I usually just hang in my room or write at my desk. I do have friends over occasionally for a movie night or my girlfriend over to hang out a few times a week. I do use the kitchen frequently but obviously you are welcome to as well. Ideally looking for a roommate who is similar in age and get along with.
