A single level 2 bedroom duplex with a well landscaped fenced backyard that is shared. The unit is located Close to a bus line near Pacific Ave and Carpenter Rd In Lacey. The bedroom is 12ft x 10ft and the closet is 4ft wide and 3ft deep. Water Electric and High Speed Cable Internet included with a washer and dryer in the unit itself and a Dishwasher in the kitchen. The unit also includes driveway parking for the roommate along with a shared bathroom that includes their own cabinet and drawer. The kitchen and dining room are included as shared space and their will be Two fridges. Their is already a small Dog on property and the management will not allow any more so roommate must be Ok with the dog. The Bed is an adjustable Temperpedic Mattress Queen size and all Bedding both winter and Summer is included as well. The bedroom includes the 2 dressers and the 2 nightstands the Mirror can be removed so you can mount a Tv easier. Final note a background check will have to be done through the management Company for any roommate that comes to live here.
