About the room

So, just got a 2 bedroom 1150 square ft Apt. First floor. It does have really nice white speckled carpet, so very hesitant on any pets, but maybe. Two rooms on opposite ends of a pretty large apartment and 2 bathrooms. The cost i have listed is half of monthly rent which means im covering all other add on costs such as trash pickup from door, weekly yoga, internet , aps power , water etc.. I’m more interested in saving some money and you also having access to a nice residence while doing the same (saving money) its not a money maker. But above all im bored as hell and definitely not looking to hang out or be at all in anyone’s business but it would be nice to have an interesting girl living there. Sounds scary I know , but honestly its really not. Just again I get a nice place for just over 1000 and you get one for 800 . I own my own business and make really good money but who likes throwing money away every month. Could be a win win for both. I may chicken out, and im pretty selective but if this sounds at all desirable for you just reach out. Im gunna say between 30 and 53 years old. Preferably late 40s but a good roomie can come at any age. Im clean , respectful, health and fitness are a thing but im not exactly that guy. Im not a saint. And im not that guy either. Im interesting and not interesting at the same time. A good match is important, not a girlfriend just someone who’s cool. Again no pressure, we dont ever have to talk, for the most part id rather not. I want you to have your space and I have mine. One has nothing to do with the other. My communication skills are terrible, so hopefully that made sense to you. Doubtful. Basically I just have to like you and that could be anybody as I dont necessarily have a preference. Just reach out, not looking for any perfect people either, bar hoppers who idolize the Kardashians probly not a good fit. Bartenders are okay . Just someone who is cool and has there own personality. Im not a weirdo, I promise. Just could use someone around with a good attitude. Im also very much non judgemental, again i haveant been a saint my whole life but im a pretty good dude.
