Very nicely furnished room with huge closet. Pictures of the room in progress. Approximately 15’ X 14’, and huge walk-in closet. Private bathroom with walk-in stand up shower. Quiet, friendly neighborhood ‘Behind the Pink Wall’. Shared kitchen, large living room with media, and breakfast room. Between Preston Hollow and Highland Park, and easy access to Tollway and I75. Must be dog friendly. There’s a 12 pound Poodle. Very friendly.
About the roomies
Only one other resident myself, and a 12 pound Poodle. This is a 4-plex of condos. Like a townhouse. It is upstairs. I accept pets on a case by case basis. No smoking allowed anywhere near the property.
