Property is a quaint, recently remodeled 1-story home near University of Houston. Space available for a roommate is 1 private bedroom 11 ft. x 10 ft. with 2 small closets inside and 1 private full bathroom. 2 cats live here and they roam freely. Feel free to leave your door closed so they don’t enter. Kitchen, living room, laundry, and yard are shared.

You will have one roommate (myself). I have 2 cats, they are friendly and roam freely. I am quiet and stay to myself unless I am spoken to then I’m a chatterbox. As a roommate, I am professional, self-aware, and communicative. I expect the same so we can have the best shared living experience.
