We’re hoping to sign either on a 3 bedroom townhome or a house in the Marin area! We just need one more person so we can sign. There’s two options we’re looking at at the moment.

Hi everyone! My friend and I are looking for one roommate to join us in renting a house in the San Rafael/Marin area starting in June.

We’re both in our late 20s, work a lot, and are pretty easygoing. I have a friendly, well-trained dog, and she plans on getting a dog in the future, so we’re hoping to find someone who is comfortable living with dogs.

We both like to keep a clean, tidy home and believe in being respectful of each other’s space and schedules. We’re social and friendly, but we also completely respect people who prefer their own downtime and privacy.
