About the property
I’m looking for someone to share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment near the front gate of Corry Station. Must be neat, quiet and considerate, with no substance abuse problems. Both the apartment and room are furnished, but I can donate what is in the room if you have your own furniture. In addition to your own private room and bathroom, you will have full access to the common areas (kitchen, living room, etc…) The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher (I have a LOT of dishes), refrigerator, and I have an Insta Pot. There is a 43-inch flat screen TV in the living room with Google TV on it, and two empty closets outside of the bedroom (one in the living room, and one outside.) About me: I’m an honorably discharged veteran. I’ve never had a substance abuse problem. I have a B.S. in Mathematics, with a minor in Computer Science. I’m semi-retired.
Rent is $650 a month, plus half of the utilities (electric, water/sewer.) There is also a $200 refundable deposit. The complex requires everyone to fill out an application, so you must be able to pass a background check and income verification. The application fee is $75, but I will deduct that from the first month’s rent. NOTE: I am only looking for one roommate, not two or more.
