To keep our home peaceful, we look for a roommate who fits the following: ​No pets allowed.

​Quiet Hours: No loud music or TV past 11:00 PM.

​No parties, but guests are absolutely fine! (Please note: The leasing office limits pool guests to 2 per resident).
