Townhouse in Westbrook with Kitchen, Living Room, 3 Bedrooms & 1.5 baths, Full Basement with Laundry/Storage, Large Covered Porch, Parking Lot out back, & a Fire Pit area in the woods out back! Close to downtown Westbrook, Portland Trails right at the end of the street, and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Portland!

Bigger Bedroom on 2nd Floor: The bedroom has 2 large windows and gets plenty of sunlight! A large walk-in closet for all of your clothes, shoes, etc. Past tenants have been able to fit a queen-size bed, bedside table, dresser, comfy chair, and large TV stand for a TV.

Living Room, Kitchen, Guest Room/Office: All of these spaces are open for tenants to live comfortably and enjoy! The Guest Room/Office has a full bed and desk, so if you have guests come to visit or you need to get some work done/meetings.

Bathrooms: 1 Full and 1 Half

I am looking for a roomie towards the end of August/beginning of September for a year! I am a 34-year-old woman who works in Special Education and will be moving back to my house after living in Vermont for 3 years. I prefer a female roommate around my age, but I am open to a male roommate if it’s the right fit.

I am a working professional who is low-key and very clean, so I am looking for someone who is like-minded and keeps their space tidy. I like the outdoors, and I am usually on the water in the summer or on a mountain in the wintertime. I love traveling when I can and going to concerts. Spending time with my friends/family is really important to me! I love to go to yoga in my free time, but I also love to wind down on the couch and watch my trash TV after a long workday :)
