Small cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Your room is private and has a closet. The room is a good size it can fit a full/queen bed comfortably. We have a washer and dryer in the basement that take quarters and are $2 each. We have also have a porch. Apartment is on the south side of Salem close to Salem State, Family Dollar, CVS, Crosby’s marketplace, and is a 20 minute walk to downtown.

We currently have 3 people living here. Paige (me) & Adam sharing one room and Cade in another. Cade and I are graduates from Salem State. Adam and I work in the restaurant industry so we aren’t home most nights. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and 4/20 friendly (just preferably not inside if it’s flower). We are also fine with cats and (maybe) small dogs. Pets are allowed in the apartment but the landlord charges an animal fee of $35 a month. We are all very chill and lowkey and keep to ourselves but I’m always interested in making new friends if that’s your vibe.
