My roommate and I (both female and 21) are looking for a third roommate for a Sept. 1 2026 move-in date. This is a 12 month lease. Rent is $1,800/mo. Upfront payments are first month’s rent, last month’s rent and the security deposit ($1,800x3). Unit includes in-unit washer and dryer, central AC and heat, and dishwasher. Utilities such as water are included in rent, but wifi, gas, and electric are separate. No pets are allowed. Apartment is very close to MassArt, Northeastern, Wentworth- COF college campuses. It is a 2min walk to Greenline MFA stop, and 2 min walk to 39 bus stop.

My roommate and I are both seniors at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, we are very friendly and chill, and open communicators. We are looking for like minded people to room with!
