Hello everyone! I am looking for a lease takeover for a room in West Haven starting preferably July 1st, but am open to a flexible move-in date if needed (August/September). The lease runs until May 1st, 2027, with a potential of signing onto the next year.

My plans changed suddenly, so this setup no longer works out for me anymore, but it’s a really solid place overall & the roommates are very communicative & respectful. There is a very friendly house cat, so you must be cat friendly.

The room is upstairs by itself, so you get extra privacy compared to the rest of the house, and it comes with your own full bathroom, which is definitely a big plus in a shared living situation. Plus, the house was newly renovated before we signed on in May.

Super close to UNH campus (walking distance) & also near bus stops. Convenient to New Haven and surrounding schools.
