About the Lease & Host I am a working professional who is also in school for Engineering. Because of my career, I travel extensively and am never home. I am looking for a responsible, clean, and trustworthy individual to occupy the space, enjoy having a 1-bedroom apartment to themselves, and treat my home and furniture with care.
This is a month-to-month arrangement, but preference will be given to individuals looking for a longer-term stay. Because this is my primary residence, I will occasionally come by to check on the property or retrieve mail, but only with advanced notice and your explicit permission.
Working professional and in school as well for Engineering. I like to stay to myself and relax with family. I’m quiet and travel often for work. Since I travel a lot, I am never home and would like for someone to be able to occupy and live in plus take care of the place with care.
