The house is a newer home in the Wildhorse Ranch community in Manor, with convenient access to Tesla, Samsung, Downtown Austin, UT Austin, and Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Community amenities include a pool, walking trails, parks, and green spaces.

I will retain a single bedroom upstairs and may stay at the property on very rare occasions, but most of the time the home will be shared by the tenant renting the upstairs room, and a tenant downstairs occupying the masters. I’m looking for responsible, respectful, and financially stable roommates who value cleanliness, communication, and a peaceful living environment.
