Renting the 2nd bedroom in my apartment. Available now. Currently furnished with a queen bed, dresser, night stand and lamp. These items can be removed if needed. We have 2 bathrooms so no sharing needed. We have full size washer and dryer. All vinyl plank flooring so the place is easy to keep clean, and no weird smells. We are close to the pool and gym. All utilities are included EXCEPT electric. Apartment is 955 sq. ft. and bottom floor so it stays pretty cool in the summer. I can either prorate the rent or set the due date to the move in date, depending on the situation.

About the roomies

Late 30s. I work full time, and sometimes WFH, so I am in and out during the week days. My desk is in my room. I have two small dogs who are super friendly, house trained, don’t chew on things, and don’t bark much. They are both pretty old, so they just sleep most of the time, and their bed is in my room. I like to game and play a little music when I have time. But I am really focused on my work right now, and looking for someone who is doing the same and works during the day.
