This is an 1 bedroom shared house in dale city Virginia. This room already comes included with a Bed and small table. Also within the monthly bill, everything is already included (WiFi, utilities, etc). We also have a washer and dryer included inside of the house to use.

As for as the bathroom goes, there is a shared bathroom with on the top floor with 1 other roommate. Here is some rules for the house

*No smoking inside of the house

• No other people allowed inside of the house (friends, family etc)

• Keep quiet as much as you possibly can (I understand things can get fun on the game or over the phone, but just make sure no screaming to the point where the entire house can here)

I’m actually trying to find a roommate for my dad’s house right now. Some things about me is that I love to play video games, watch anime, read books and watch YouTube all the time. I’m also very quiet and I keep to myself but I’m always there to talk. As of now we have 3 people that lives inside of the house. Me, my dad, and our other roommate.
