1-2 rooms available in a 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath home nestled in the quiet city of Orangevale, the home sits on a half acre, with a huge backyard and built in deck, with a bbq grill. I am a disabled adult female(47) living alone. Times are tough and I’ve needed to take on roommates. I am a homebody who basically just chills by myself. smoking friendly in certain areas, 420 friendly. There’s a built in walk in shower with a disability bench built in, no tub. The kitchen is larger than average for easy cooking, there is a long driveway for at least 2 cars and a side parking area next to garage if needed. Unfortunately, cats are a huge no, but a possible smaller dog can be discussed as i have a 5 year old Shepherd. It’s $1000 a month which includes utilities and wifi, washer and dryer access. The rooms come mostly furnished with queen beds and large dressers, nightstands and tv, with access to the common areas of the home. Room 1, will be available as of July first, room 2, will be ready by August 1st. rooms are for one occupant only, no couples. The garage is not available unfortunately. Several major stores within a 3-5 minute walk or drive. Access to multiple freeways near by. Must pay rent on time, the first of every month, no exceptions. There’s a small deposit for issues that come up in case something breaks or a pet damages something.

** side note, if you have lawn equipment, i’d be willing to negotiate if you mowed and weed eated my lawn at least once a month.

About the roomies

It’s just me, I’m a 47 year old disabled, female adult looking to have two roommates. I’m very quiet and don’t go out much. You’ll hardly notice I’m there
