This is in the Harvest Hills area - very safe and quiet neighborhood. Located right next to the high school, 7 mins away from Walmart, 8-10 mins away from clinic/hospital, and about 12 mins to downtown.

Responsible for split electricity bill on a monthly basis.

I have full-time employment.

I am family oriented so my niece & nephew are over often. I like to hike, kayak, and eat out. A bit of a night owl and addicted to caffeine :)
