just posting because this website wont let me contact people without an arbitrary rule about having an active listing. I live in a “fake” Victorian (built after the queen died) that’s over 100 years old. It’s an old house, with a old problems like HVAC problems. Billing is flexible depending on lifestyle. We are currently renovating the house and looking for a couple of cool people to help float some rent to cover the bills.

I live upstairs with dogs, also pups who live down stairs on the transitional enclosed porch. They are friendly, just like to bark. they will cuddle you when they get a chance to sniff. I got dietary issues so Im particular about the kitchen. I also keep odd hours here at home. No heavy drugs, no parties, no smoking inside ect other wise pretty flexible
