My friend owns the property and I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates. 2 bedrooms available, or 1 roommate gets both. (I am in the primary bedroom)

1600 square feet, 3 bed/ 2 bath. (bedrooms are ~13x13ft) Large backyard and screened in porch, Large kitchen with range, Washer and Dryer included. I have 2 adorable Boston terriers, so no other pets would be allowed. LGBTQIA+ roommates preferred, in West Ashley, near Wappoo Rd. and Savannah Hwy. 12 minute drive to downtown

I am a cis male, professional musician, gamer, and video game composer. I primarily work downtown (music job) and gig around town, especially doing musical theatre. I am introverted and LOVE cooking.
