On site is a work out room, there is a beautiful, heated 9 foot deep pool, great views of the mountains, a ping pong table, dart board and gardens. Together with streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, apple TV, Peacock TV, Paramount Plus. (Also included) Also, washer and dryer on premises for up to two loads of laundry each week. For an additional $50.00 a month, housekeeping will be included. You can’t beat the price for the peace and serenity this home offers. Would prefer 1 year lease, but willing to offer s 3 month mínimum stay. Required will be a 30 - 60 day notice to vacate.
