This is a private room in a roughly 1,404 square foot corner condo located close to the freeway, Kaiser hospital, and a large shopping area with a Safeway, Target, and many other shops and restaurants.

There’s a large kitchen with an island, laundry in unit, large bay windows, private parking, and has access to the clubhouse right across the street. The clubhouse contains a gym, a swimming pool, a hot tub and large reservable rooms for private events.

The room is right across to the laundry unit and next to the bathroom. While it does appear to be for guests as well, there’s no reservation if you prefer to keep it to yourself as long as its maintained.

About the roomies

We are a couple looking for someone to take the private bedroom which will be available at the beginning of August. We are a very nerdy household, and the walls are filled with various nerd paraphernalia, primarily in the realm of video game, comic books and movies.

We’re pretty laid back in general. But we prioritize healthy communication between everyone and respecting boundaries. We want to make sure everyone here feels welcome, respected and comfortable. All we ask is that the respect is returned.
