Why are females preferred? This particular room looks directly into a room in our neighbor’s home which is a teenage girl’s bedroom. For her wellbeing, I do not feel comfortable having a man rent this bedroom. The current roommates are a mix of genders and are all members of the LGBTQ community.
About the roomies
This home has 3 current roommates ranging from late 20s through late 30s (and one friendly cat!) Our hobbies include gardening, nature, walking and hiking, birding, reading, and art. We are quiet people who are respectful of the space and each other.
