Large room 10’ x 13’ plus walk in closet of 6’ x 9.5’ for rent in a 4 bedroom newer home in Lower Chrystal Falls. We have 2.5 baths but they are shared. There is on-street parking. Light cooking is ok. Please not on week ends. Laundry privileges and electricity included. There is a mini-fridge in the room for your convenience. Each window shows a beautiful view from the room. Renter must work away from home. Please be prepared to show your work pay stub. The full size bed is there and can be removed. I am looking for a non-smoker, non illegal drug renter. You need a car for this location.
