Just bought my project farm to turn it into the wholesome cozy fairy glen and private homestead we all dream of. If you’d like to be around for the ride, let’s chat future roomie! Note: I do give discounts/pay for work around the farm or petsitting, but don’t expect it nor is it required! ✨️

I technically have 2 oversized rooms (will rent both out to one person/couple at a discount) that each have plenty of closet space, privacy, beautiful views of the berry trees and horses, and a shared linen closet in the hallway. The two rooms available take up the entire upper floor of the house with its own thermostat due to split HVAC.

Room can be furnished/unfurnished depending on preferences and will change rent. High speed internet included, maids for the common areas come every 2 weeks, large dumpster instead of can on account of my agricultural business. Included is also my home security system, pest control, landscaping, and outdoor security cams on the 10 acres of property. Fruiting berry trees, a river filled with minnows and prawns, chickens, horses, and swinging benches by the bonfire to soak it all in.

Shared bathroom has new tile floors, downstairs kitchen has all new appliances and there is a new washer/dryer.

Newly installed tankless water heater, new AC units for the entire system, new well system & 3 step filtration system, on septic with strict adherence, and propane stove + furnace.

Large kitchen, additional garage freezer, deck with built in seating, cushy leather sectional with recliners, and a nice sized living room tv. Kitchen table has a leaf to expand it if necessary.

Animals on the property are not for sale or lease and are my pets and livestock. Indoor pets have all their amenities in my private space and not in the common areas. They will all be happy to be loved on respectfully!! 🥰

I wfh and have 3 spoiled indoor only cats and 1 crate trained standard poodle. Pretty devoted to nature like your average alternative hippie.

I have been told I am easy to talk to and respectful as far as roommate communication goes.

I am also a huge nerd & love to stay busy outside and in my workshop because I am just someones grandpa in a woman’s body.
