This is a two bedroom one bath apartment in the Bridle Trails neighborhood of Kirkland. I’ve lived here one year already and it’s been great. The maintenance team has been quick and responsive with any issues. There is a free gym available to tenants, as well as a hot tub and pool open during summer. We get one assigned covered parking spot and plenty of available uncovered spots.

Rent is $1100 per month but it is about $1200-$1300 after utilities. It is a 12-month lease. The common areas are furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished.

There are great trails within walking distance, as well as a grocery store, Starbucks, gas station and multiple restaurants.

I will be the only other roommate at the property. I am a 23 year old female with a stable job. I’m usually only here evenings and one full day a week. I am a non-smoker and the lease states smoking is not allowed in the apartment. My only pets are a fish in a small tank. Pets are fine with me but they must be well trained and be prepared to pay the pet deposit.
