A very quiet development, only about 5 years old. Right off the highway next to the Belmont YMCA. Owner-occupied. It is very safe. You will sleep well at night. Like 24 7 security with a k9 safe.

Owner occupied, 59 years old. I’m only here one weekend per month or one week every 2 months. My daughter and her two children and husband live two streets over. My 33-year-old son lives here full-time now. but he’s in the military and might get deployed at any time. (You will probably mostly have the bathroom to yourself. You really might only have to share the bathroom with me one weekend a month)
