Two private unfurnished bedrooms are available in a well-maintained owner-occupied home in the Andover Lakes / East Orlando area. The home is conveniently located near Waterford Lakes, the 417, UCF, and downtown Orlando.

The bedrooms are approximately 10x11 feet with standard closets and recently refreshed paint. The bathroom is shared between the two rental rooms. Currently, the bathroom has some stuff for a guest bath that I can keep or remove if you’d like.

The home includes fully furnished common areas, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a superautomatic coffee machine, in-home washer and dryer, high-speed AT&T fiber internet, and a screened patio with a hot tub.

Rent includes electricity, water, trash service, internet, lawn care, and parking. Essentially, it’s just a flat rate. There is street and driveway parking available, with possible garage parking depending on the situation discussed with everyone living in the home. With busy schedules, it may be hard to swap everyones cars around.

The home is equipped with smart home features including smart locks, a security system, video doorbell, and driveway camera and smart lights throughout the home. No interior cameras, just exterior.

The home is owner-occupied by a PhD student and working professional who values a clean, relaxed, and respectful living environment. There is also one friendly indoor cat in the home who does not fair well with dogs, but will take a while to get acclumated to other cats. This is not a party house, but it is a social and welcoming environment. Friends coming over and occasional get-togethers happen from time to time, but the overall atmosphere is quiet, professional, and low-drama. Ideally looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces, communicates well, has stable employment or is pursuing graduate/professional studies, and is interested in staying for the long term. While it is just me right now, the goal is to find housemates who are a good fit for the household—not just tenants. Everyone should feel comfortable, get along well, and contribute to a positive living environment.
