Looking to rent a room furnished with private bathroom to a professional, or retired, responsible, clean & tidy person (40+ female) welcome. Someone who respects and cares for the shared spaces just like it would be her own and not just a rental. Someone who is willing to communicate respectfully and efficiently shall an issue arise. I would prefer someone of the same faith meaning a Spirit Filled Born Again Christian. I m a very calm, patient, quiet person. No drinking, no smoking of any kind and no illegal drugs in this dwelling.
