Space is accessed by a slightly narrow and somewhat steep staircase, so some furniture that doesn’t break down into smaller parts might be harder to get up there. There is a shared bathroom on the main floor and the basement. The room is carpeted and quiet.

3 or 6 month lease, with Month to Month terms thereafter. Couples can stay for an extra $389/month Can do weekly rentals for $285 (minimum 2 weeks)

I’m 43 a musician and voice teacher. I have a dog named Juju who is really sweet but has no chill around cats. I like dancing, hot drinks, and adventuring. I teach from home, but it will likely not bother you based on the separation of your space. The last roommate to rent your room worked from home full time and wasn’t bothered. I’m usually the one you will see in the common areas the most. My sleep pattern is usually 12-2 to bed and 830-1030 rise. Lisa is in her 50s and works from home in the basement half the time. She is into crafting in her free time and tends to keep to her space most of the time. Her pattern is 10ish to bed, and 5-7 rise. Shawn is in his fifties and he works in the food and beverage industry. He is often in his room or out back on the porch / in the garden beds. He has late hours to bed and to rise, but he isn’t bothered by noise ever. Juju is 5, lab mix, sweet, has separation anxiety, likes to sniff everything deeply.
