About the room
The property is a 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath house in the laguna meridian area, owned by family members who are moving out of state and we are looking for someone to move in asap.
Rent is $1000 per month plus 1/3 of utilities. At signing first months rent, a $1000 security deposit, and we are going by a 12 month lease. Prospective tenants would have a private bedroom and shared bathroom with 1 other person on the 2nd floor. All common areas will be available to all tenants, along with 1 garage parking spot each.
Rules are outlined in the lease agreement but are fairly standard for apartments and I am available to answer any specific questions before viewing the agreement. House maintenance and cleaning will be shared among tenants on an agreed upon schedule.
About the roomies
So far there are 2 of us living here, 1 guy age 22 and 1 girl age 25 who are longtime friends. We’re looking for someone ideally within the 20 to 30 age range but any age, gender, or sexuality is welcome. We both enjoy gaming, hanging out in the yard, and other hobbies. We will both be busy a considerable amount between work and college however we would like to make an effort to hang out together if schedules line up and we all get along.
