available JULY 23-AUGUST 21 Hi, everyone! My husband and I are subletting our apartment for the dates indicated above, with some flexibility. You can be in Downtown Manhattan in less than half an hour with public transport. We live about 15 min walking from the Journal Square Path Station, and 5 min walking from buses 119 and 125 to Port Authority bus Terminal THE APARTMENT: • Second floor of a two-floor building (with wonderful downstairs neighbour) • Fully furnished • Lots of natural light • Fully equipped kitchen (yours to use!) • Air purifier • Window A/C units throughout and ceiling fans • Spacious, luminous living room with lots of seating • Dishwasher in the apartment • Washer/dryer in the hallway, shared only with the downstairs neighbour • Internet included • Utilities included • Shared bathroom with bathtub (private if you rent the entire place) • Backyard with fire pit. THE SECOND BEDROOM (can also be used as an office, bed can be removed and replaced by a desk and chair) • Around 100 sq ft — cozy but bright (facing south) (full apartment ~900 sq ft) • Full-sized bed • A/C unit (it’s not in the pictures but it’s already installed, can send additional pics) • Dresser for your clothing and other things • Sofa and rocking chair

LIVING DETAILS: • No smoking (of any kind) inside the apartment • No pets (sorry!) • Couples and welcome

ABOUT US: My husband and I (Dutch-Spanish couple) are graduate students in Philosophy and in Music, and have happily lived in Jersey City for a few years now.

PRICING: • Entire Apartment: $90/night (2700/month, prorated to number of nights) We’ll ask for payment up front and a small security deposit prior to move-in. We’re looking for guests who are clean and careful about property, and respectful of silence (no music or parties, please — we have neighbors and are working ourselves!). We’d love to get to know you briefly through a video-call before confirming :)
