Private Bedroom & Bathroom in Spacious Home

I’m looking for a responsible roommate to rent one of my guest bedrooms in my 3br, 2ba home. The other guest room will stay vacant. The house has a split-bedroom layout, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on one side and the primary suite located on the opposite side of the house, providing plenty of privacy for everyone.

The available room is the unfurnished of the guest rooms and comes with its own private bathroom. The room is currently unfurnished, but I can furnish it for an additional deposit if desired.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, living areas, backyard, and garage parking. The additional guest room available for occasional visitors, making it convenient if you have family or friends visiting from time to time.

I work from home, so the house is generally quiet during the day. If you also work remotely, you’ll need to work from your bedroom rather than from the shared living spaces.
