About the room
The room has hard wood floors and a small walk in closet. It has an attached jack and jill style bathroom with your own sink, mirror, and storage. Shared bath/shower with one other awesome roommate.
The house itself is very spacious. It is in the Silver Creek hills in the Ranch Neighborhood. The Evergreen area in general has lots of scenic views and great trails to hike. The room has a view of the city. The house is well maintained by the roommates who rotate household duties weekly.
It is close to the 101, 680, and 280 freeways. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants.
About the roomies
The roomies are all female in their mid 20’s to early 30’s and are looking for a female in that age range. They love hosting holiday parties with friends, ordering door dash and watching Netflix, staying up late and sleeping in on weekends.
