About the room
There’s two rooms available of a four bed house! Sadly 1 bathroom for 4 roommates but it wasn’t an issue this last year. The house has a front and back yard both with fruit trees! We have a laundry & dryer in the house. The living room & kitchen are kinda small.
Some things to note the former roommates & myself are part of mutual aid collectives. Every Thursday we do a food distribution so we usually use our kitchen as one of the cooking places. This will constantly be communicated about & you’re more than welcome to join us!
About the roomies
Currently living here is myself (23) I graduated from CSUSM last year currently working as a substitute. My brother (20) he is currently still a CSUSM student. I think we’re kinda cool we both love music games & thrifting. I just started gardening & he does play various instruments. For the most part we stick to our space but we have friends over at times.
