hello!! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at my current apartment. I am looking to move out asap. There is “assigned” parking for each individual. Each room has its own bathroom and closet. My room has the largest closet out of the others. It is a three-bedroom, so the room is a little small, but I think it’s still nice and fits everything a normal bedroom would have. There is a pool as well as a volleyball and basketball area. The neighborhood is quiet and ten minutes away from Clemson University. There are assigned trash pick-up days, so you don’t have to dump it yourself unless necessary. My apartment is upstairs, so no worries about upstairs noise lol. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!! I am hoping to find someone as soon as I can(: Also am deep cleaning it right now, so it’ll be fresh.

There are currently two female students living there, Emma and Sam. Both are 19.
