We’re looking for one person or two people to join our relaxing Wedgwood house in our large downstairs bedroom (~250 sqft) this September.

The Details: $1425 month, utilities $80-120/month, leasing till the end of August 2027! The House: 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer (no coins needed!), heating/portable AC, backyard shed. Street and off-street parking are available.

The Neighborhood: Wedgwood is a quiet neighborhood near U-District and Ravenna with great stops—Top Pot, Grateful Bread, PCC, Safeway, library, Coffee—within walking distance. The 62 bus line is two blocks away and runs to the Roosevelt Light Rail Station and downtown Seattle. Also close to the 65 bus line.
