Hello! I have a converted garage available come September 1st, 2026. We would have a bed, lamp, clothes & shoes rack and end tables in there but can be removed upon request. It is air conditioned and there is a heater in place to act as insulation that works wonders. There is a shared bathroom as well as a laundry room in the home. Cats welcome but unfortunately no dogs as we already have 2. There is a private entrance as well and pictures of the room, can be provided upon request due to the room still being currently occupied. Some other great points to make regarding the location is that we are 5 minutes away from Town Center of Virginia Beach as well as the interstate. It is also a pretty walkable area, with Walmart, Food lion, plenty of restaurants, a park and a church just around the corner!

About the roomies

I am 22 and am currently a stay at home mom to my newborn. My fiancé is 24 and a contractor so works most hours, most days, however, this can differ. We’re very laid back people. We’re just looking for someone clean and respectful to occupy the space as well as maintain that within the common areas. Please PM with any further questions.
