A little about me: I’m queer and non-binary. Work from home a lot during the day and I keep things fairly clean, laid-back/quiet, 420 friendly on the front or back porch. I don’t have a ton of visitors except for a couple times a month on weekends but don’t mind if people have respectful guests over so long as I get a heads up.🩷

Ideal roommate: Gender and identity doesn’t matter to me as long as they are respectful of lgbtq people and people from all walks of life so long as they aren’t judgemental people that can respect differences, have a solid job or steady income, and be able to tidy up after yourself. Some clutter is okay, and I understand we can’t always get to things immediately but just doing a sweep of your stuff and helping with any dishes or things you dirty is my minimum that way it isn’t a pain for me to clean around when I get to it. 👍 Ideally, I only want to live with one other adult, but am willing to adjust rent to negotiate depending on the situation and how long you’re staying.

As far as pets go unfortunately my landlord doesn’t allow any.
