looking for college aged women to take over my lease! the unit is a 4 bed 2 bath, so you’d have 3 roommates and share a bathroom! the complex is extremely student friendly and offers: an in-unit washer/dryer, very close to UNL campus, pet friendly (apartment already has a cat), friendly and efficient maintenance team, private shuttle to UNL campus, pre-furnished (provided a queen sized mattress, 1 desk, and 1 drawer for the bedroom) -the main office frequently holds events for students as well, such as study sessions or raffles. this is one of the cheaper deals you can find as a student looking for off-campus housing!!

About the roomies
two roommates are renewing their lease next year. both are college aged and very sweet girls! they are usually out of the house fairly often. one roommate does have a very nice cat! we will be getting a randomly selected third roommate within the same age range (also female).
