About the room
Hi! I’m looking for one roommate to share my BedStuy apartment. Long-term preferred, but open to short and month-to-month. Quick overview: unfurnished room, shared bathroom with one other person (me!), in-unit laundry, central air/heat, 3rd-floor walk-up, rooftop access, no pets please. Move in as soon as July 1st. A few details: The apartment is in a 4-story building, one block from the Myrtle-Willoughby stop off the G train, not far from the Myrtle J/M/Z. Walking distance to Herbert Von King Park, close to plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. You’d have the primary bedroom, large enough to hold a queen-size bed and additional furniture. The room has one closet and two large street-facing windows, so it gets plenty of natural light. Rent is $1500 plus utilities (gas/electirc/wifi). First month’s rent and security deposit to move in.
About the roomies
A little about me: originally from the Midwest, I’m a bartender/performer and night owl who’s generally out of the house (usually somewhere working) and values a clean and cozy place to come home to. Looking for a roommate who is respectful and also values a clean and tidy home. Currently redecorating the living room, so if you’ve got an eye for design, let’s collaborate!
